The Year Group Page is the central hub for viewing all vital data collected for an individual year group. Take a look at our excellent data insight & collection features below:

Overview: This is the primary location for viewing every student in a year group.

Attendance: This displays the amount of students in the year group (), the percentage of students in the year group in comparison to the entire school, and an additional list of students with their active attendance status.

Timetable: Displays the current lesson for the year group, the next lesson, along with the current lesson and its details. The lesson details include: scheduled time, subject, and location. The timetable page also features an interactive visual timetable which can be highlighted for the specific year group.

Behaviour: Displays the amount of behaviour points, isolations & merits for all of the students in the year group combined. This page also directs users to the Behaviour Dashboard page.
